Vergeway Chapter 10: The Endocrine System
Vergeway Chapter 10 is a true test of your strategic mind. All stages come with different challenges, with 15 stages for you to conquer—meaning you will need to be at your best. This chapter shall test all that you have learned from the previous chapters, so make sure that you have checked the earlier guides—Vergeway Chapters 1, 2, 3, and so on.
Stage 1: Breaching the Barrier
You start with 80 Aether and 6,500 Stronghold health; your goal is to take out a Stronghold at 47,000 health. Use Blizzard right at the start so the enemy won’t be able to charge its offense quickly, giving you time to build a robust defense. Build Monolith and Assassin Towers, and build Bolt Towers close to the enemy region for fast target switching. After weakening the enemy forces, unleash the Destroyer Squads on the Stronghold.
Stage 2: Win Against All Enemy Party Members
With 265 enemies to beat, focus on deploying your officers and Hawkmen Squads for ranged damage. Use Lava Spout next to the enemy Stronghold to kill units as they spawn. Keep the pressure up in redeploying your officers, and you will breeze through this stage.
Stage 3: Wipe Out All the Towers
For this phase, you need to go full brute force. Just keep sending in Sword Squads as meat shields with Hawkmen Squads and Double Cannons to destroy enemy towers. Spam Sword Squads until finally you can overrun the enemy.
Stage 4: The Breaking of Strong
Place an Arrow Tower in the uppermost left-hand corner to draw Catapults to it. Release all officers except Bran and begin eliminating enemy towers with your Cyclones. You should have a high Aether pool; do not cease sending Hawkmen Squads to break through to the Stronghold.
Stage 5: Enemies Crushed
This stage is basically crowd control. Start with an Earthquake to bring down enemy towers, cast Assassin and Bolt Towers to take care of officers and Witch Dolls, and keep dropping Sword and Cavalry Squads to hold the line while your towers and skills do the real heavy damage.

Place three Bolt Towers, three Assassin Towers, and a Monolith Tower to repel enemies. Use Starfall against the enemy Blackwing’s ability, and chain your Earthquakes on the enemy towers. When time is short, unleash the Scruffy and Destroyer Squads to bring down the Stronghold.
Stage 9: Have Patience
Quite similar to Stage 8, though this one needs a bit more patience; arrange your defense well and bomb out the enemy towers with Earthquake. Wait for that perfect moment and release Scruffy and Destroyer Squads.
Stage 10: Destroy All the Buildings
Attack with all you’ve got. Order your Sword and Cavalry Squads to charge the enemy while supported by your Siege units; try to concentrate fire on the towers. Make sure to take those enemy Double Cannons out with the Deadly Shot, and keep pushing until all towers are down.
Stage 11: Elementalists Care
At this level, Elementalists are introduced who can shred your defenses. Use Deadly Shot and Tally to take them out while setting up a strong defense with Monolith, Assassin, and Bolt Towers. Fireball large groups to not be overwhelmed.
Stage 12: Simple But Powerful
This is a simple one. Deploy all of your officers and Hawkmen Squads; use the Arrow Rain on the enemy Hawkmen. Continue to deploy and re-deploy your officers and push on until all enemies are destroyed.
Stage 13: Castle Havoc
Establish a Bolt Tower to draw out enemy Double Cannons. Then set your Ranged and Siege units in a position so that they can pick off the enemy towers. Use Sword and Cavalry Squads for protection of your fragile units, and keep up the pressure until the Stronghold falls.
Stage 14: The Grand Final
Beginning with 80 Aether and 6,500 Stronghold health, your objective is to defeat all of the hostile towers. The player will need to remain vigilant with both offensive and defensive options, making careful use of their strongest squads and towers. Attention shall be paid to the tactical placement and timing of Catapult and Trebuchet Squads in order to break through enemy lines.
Stage 15: The Final Test
This is the final test of everything you’ve learned in the game. Start out with the typical 80 Aether and 6,500 Stronghold health. Your goal is the destruction of the stronghold holding 55,000 health. So use all your best towers and squads, along with the Bolt Tower, Destroyer Squad, and Earthquake skill, in order to shatter the enemy’s defenses. Take your time; the key to victory is slow and steady progress. Then, when the time is right, full assault in with every remaining thing for the complete takedown of that stronghold and for victory!
